More About Me

I grew up as an only child in Greensboro, NC where I always had an affinity to math, science and technology. I proudly graduated from James B. Dudley High School, what I call a HBHS (Historically Black High School). From there, I was a first generation college graduate completing my BS in Electrical Engineering from NC State University and Masters in Healthcare Administration from UNC Chapel Hill.

Throughout my journey I have been blessed to have supporting family, mentors and friends who have poured into me as early as the 2nd Grade and those influencers who have continued throughout my adult life. In this new season of retirement, I get to do more of what I love: traveling, dancing, volunteering, cooking, and spending time with family and friends near and far. I am also married to an engineer, Michael (the house runs on spreadsheets 😊), and proud mom to Lauren, David and dog, Rey.

I have always been passionate and bold in pursuing success, breaking the boundaries of career and financial potential that sometimes plague first generation minority professionals. It has become abundantly clear that it is time for me to share that boldness, share that space, investing time with others to design their Legacy System and Roadmap. In this, I share my personal triumphs and trials learned along my journey that facilitates my current season of living the life I design.

"For those I am blessed to encounter to go further and faster than I have.”

I fundamentally believe there is abundance for all to share and I want to EMPOWER YOU to go for it, make the choice. You have the FREEDOM TO CHOOSE YOUR LEGACY.
